Religious Ed Congress 2023

Living Waters sent a delegation of six people to the Religious Education Congress 2023. We were blessed with the opportunity to renew our faith by attending faith-based sessions led by a variety of renowned Catholic speakers from across the world. The Congress is one of the few available conferences focused on the Catholic faith where teachers, administrators, leaders, trustees and other members of school and parish communities can pray, learn, and celebrate together as one world Catholic family. Some of the scheduled speakers were Father Tony Ricard from New Orleans who we had the pleasure of hosting in Living Waters several years ago as well as Sara Hart, Father Casey Cole, and many more talented speakers and musicians. One of our delegates stated that he “could not wait to get back to school to teach Religion” after being at this conference. What a fantastic opportunity to learn about our Catholic faith and how we can be mentors and Gospel witnesses for our students, staff and parents within Living Waters Catholic Schools.
