Learning for leaders is critical to ensure school improvement. Living Waters is committed to providing their administration with opportunities to collaborate and learn to build coherence and increase collective efficacy across the Division. On October 19th, Elementary administrators came together to learn more about literacy and rigor in the early years. In addition, time was spent with Gerry Fijal via zoom as he facilitated a professional conversation about Math and the value of pre-assessment. Living Waters Admin will take what they have learned from during their time together to lead their staff back at their school sites to advance Living Waters focus on learning.
