Education Minister hosting telephone town halls to discuss curriculum

Options to listen in on the call(s) by telephone or live stream are available.

Minister Eggen is hosting two telephone town hall meetings to discuss the latest drafts of the Kindergarten to Grade 4 curriculum.

These meetings are open to Albertans who want to know more about what students will be learning in the future.

Northern Alberta - Tuesday, October 16 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Southern Alberta - Wednesday, October 17 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Registration Information 

Pre-register at http://www.converso.co/albertaeducation. After you have registered, you will receive a phone call on the day of the telephone town hall for your preferred region. Pre-registration closes at 9:00 p.m.MT October 15, 2018.

If you miss the pre-registration deadline, you can join either session starting at 7 p.m. by calling toll free 1-877-229-8493 and entering the ID code 115500.

You can also listen to a live stream of the telephone town hall at https://access.live/Alberta on October 16 or 17. Please note: You will not be able to ask questions if you are listening to the live stream.
